One canister of spray adhesive 22L is sufficient for bonding approximately 60 to 80m² of EPDM membrane. Do not forget to order adhesive spray gun and hose (sold separately).

Application

Shake the canister of spray adhesive well before first use. Connect the Elevate glue gun and hose correctly and spray on briefly.

Unfold the EPDM membrane completely over the entire roof surface, folding the tilts inwards on all sides. There is no top or bottom to the EPDM membrane, so it does not matter how you unfold it. First fold the EPDM membrane back in half and glue one half. Respect a spray rhythm of 2 seconds per running metre. Apply the contact adhesive DOUBLE-SIDE in parallel strips about 1 metre wide, both on the substrate and on the EPDM membrane.

After bonding, let the contact adhesive dry for about 15 minutes until the EPDM foil does NOT stick to your hands when touched!

Then roll the EPDM membrane with 2 persons evenly and without tension in the bonded surface. Immediately rub out any folds with your hand or a soft bristle brush.

Repeat this procedure for the other half of the EPDM membrane.
