RoofCover Spraybond Contact Adhesive is a solvent-based EPDM contact adhesive specifically for bonding American EPDM membranes to (PIR) insulation, wood, metal, masonry and other suitable substrates. One can of contact adhesive 2.5L is sufficient for bonding approximately 6m² of EPDM membrane. Please note that temperature and substrate may influence adhesive consumption!
Application
Mix the EPDM contact adhesive thoroughly before first use and pour some of the adhesive into the an adhesive container. Apply the adhesive double-sided with an ordinary paint roller or glue roller and let it dry for 15 minutes before rolling the glued EPDM membrane into the glued surface. Repeat this procedure for the other half of the EPDM membrane.
